Policy Overview
At Dripzi Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. You can request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- •Product must be unused and in original packaging
- •Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged or wrong items
- •Proof of purchase is required
Refund Processing
Once the return is approved and the product is inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Prepaid Orders (Razorpay)
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds will be issued only via UPI or Bank Transfer.
